Potatoes

I've just figured out how to make some wonderful potatoes. My Mom had read somewhere that you can make them in the microwave, so this is what I did:

Take:

• 1 plastic bag (not too big)
• 1 onion
• a teaspoon curry
• a few cloves
• two potatoes
• a wee bit dried garlic
• some basil
• a teaspoon of oregano
• a pinch of salt
• a centiliter (10ml) of white wine

Then:

• Wash the potatoes & put them in the bag
• stick the cloves in the onion
• put it in the bag too
• put all the spices and salt in the bag
• pour the wine in the bag
• knot the bag
• shake
• poke a few little holes in it
• put it in the microwave for 10 minutes

Then, serve with a bit of salt (or Aromat, if you live in Switzerland)
